The setup of the ZIGBEE STANDARD COMPATIBLE MOTION SENSOR is hassle-free, requiring just a few seconds to install. Users simply need to ensure that the device is in pairing mode, and the compatible Echo device will automatically discover it by saying "Alexa, discover devices."

The sensor boasts a great range, capable of detecting motion up to 30 feet (9 meters) away, and a long battery life, with 2 AAA batteries lasting for up to 2 years in typical usage.

The ZIGBEE STANDARD COMPATIBLE MOTION SENSOR can be further enhanced by the Smart Bridge MZ1 (sold separately), which enables integration with Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Amazon Alexa (requiring a smart speaker), and SmartThings, allowing for easy control and monitoring.
